3D Scanning
The state-of-the-art technique
Set up a booth to host the high-resolution cameras to capture the finest details of employees or guests attending the event. We use a process called photogrammetry which is the process of creating a 3D scan of an object by combining multiple images clicked at the same time. Indeed, it is possible to create a 3D model of an object by taking several pictures of the object from various angles in order to obtain a complete representation of the object. For this purpose, we use 250 high resolution cameras with each perched at appropriate angles to capture realistic images of people.
Photoshoot
We are aware of the value of human contact in 3D visualisation.
The guests can pose in a style of their choice inside the booth and the 3D scanners capture the photo in the most realistic manner. The environment inside the booth is comfortable and lets the guests bring out the best of their emotion, which is converted into a great 3D image. During our photo shoots, we can focus on the small but important details thanks to our fast and mostly automated scanning workflow.

To achieve this, our specialized 3D artists work with each and every single model after it has been scanned and before it is published. In terms of quality this includes the manual refinement of the 3D-scanned geometry, motion-capture animations and all textures. We make sure to highlight small details while correcting any flaws that might result from the raw data. Our goal is always to achieve a natural and authentic look while maintaining an optimized topology, clean UVs, crisp textures, and smooth animations.
